* 1A The Courtyard - St Annes Well Brewery Six fabulous listed building apartments in this refurbished development, all of which are only available during Summer 2018. 1A The Courtyard provides 3 double bedroom/ 3 ensuite, with awesome lounge/kitchen space to chill out in. Whether you’re visiting Devon as a group of friends, colleagues or with family, this modern and great value accommodation is very close to the centre of Exeter with on-site parking available. Close to rail links, the beach & moors. The space Accessed via a steel staircase, apartment 1A Courtyard features three smart and modern bedrooms across two levels, each with its own ensuite, allowing guests to enjoy plenty of privacy. There’s also a communal area featuring a sofa, armchair and smart flat screen TV where everyone can kick back and relax together. There’s also a bar stool area, a great space for casual dining. The apartment also has a large kitchen that’s equipped with all the appliances you’re likely to need to cook and clean for yourself, including essentials like a cooker, washing/dryer and toaster. Guest access With 6 apartments to choose from within this refurbished development, you are bound to find somewhere that meets the needs. Private parking is available on-site. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis daily, for a fee of £8 per day. Interaction with guests Your hosts have plenty of experience of welcoming guests from all over the world to their portfolio of properties in Devon, so you can expect a warm welcome and help and assistance whenever you need it. House Rules No smoking No parties or events Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM Check out by 10AM No shoes please & love & leave our apartments as you find them on arrival.
